Order & Delivery: All you need to know

SafeGear is cooperating with the best delivery companies. Our goal is to ensure that your product is delivered with safety and as fast as possible.

Once you complete your purchase we process the order and contact our warehouse in order to ship the product as quickly as possible.

When ordering on our website you are choosing a standard delivery which means that you will have the product delivered to your front door. Installation is not included. Then you have to move your purchase wherever you wish to.

If you wish installation, you can e-mail us or contact us over the telephone and we can arrange transportation to the exact spot you want your product to be installed. This is recommendable for our heavy products such as safes, especially if you want them delivered to a high floor or if there is no elevator available.

If you want to purchase more than one product and you wish, that they are delivered to a different address, we recommend that you carry out different purchases for each address.

If we have the product available in stock then the delivery usually takes about 1-3 working days. Delivery might take longer if the shipping address is far away from our warehouse.

In case the product is out of stock, we have first to contact our manufacturer and ask him to deliver from his warehouse. In this case, delivery can take 1-4 weeks, depending on the location of the manufacturer and the shipping address.

If you have purchased a personalized product, then the delivery time increases to 6-8 weeks, as our manufacturer has to make the product according to your needs.

The delivery of our lightweight products usually takes place from Monday to Friday, between 09.00 and 18.00. If you are absent at this time the courier will leave a note in your mailbox, confirming that he has tried to deliver. To proceed with the delivery you should follow the instructions on the card. You can contact the courier provider and either arrange delivery at a specific time or collect your product from the post office.

If you are expecting a heavier product to be delivered then the courier will contact you before delivering and you can arrange the time,

In case you have agreed on installation then you will have to get in contact with the installer.

The shipping costs depend on the weight of the ordered product, the shipping address and what delivery method you choose (standard/express delivery, with/without installation). If you have ordered more than one products, they might need to be shipped separately which will affect the delivery cost.

Once your product is shipped, we get a tracking number from our delivery partner, which we make sure you receive by Email.

If you wish installation, then you have to get in touch with our installer to arrange an appointment whenever it is convenient for you.

The products are insured during transportation. However, we suggest that you check the products before signing the form to the forwarder. It is more difficult and it takes a longer time to find a transportation issue afterwards.
