Visitor Counters (Freestanding)

Visitor counters are a simple solution for stores that want to track there number of customers entering and leaving. Tracking customer traffic will help you observe following information:

• Effectiveness of your retail marketing campaigns
• Productivity of your stores
• Rush hours (easier staff your store to match the influx of customers)
• Analysis of the effect of line management 

The Standalone Visitor Counter uses infrared technology to collect incoming and outgoing visitor information and displays it on an LCD screen (on the device). The number is visible on the display and can be reset manually to zero.

Optionally, you can use the StoreMonitor online data management software: It allows you to see your visitor peak hours, compares footfall in different locations, counts your visitor/sales ratio, or simply set recurring reports to be sent to your email. The annual subscription costs approximately 200EUR and you will need an ECOMM Module (one-time payment of 200EUR)

The maximum distance between the device and the customer can be up to 3 meters.
